Meet Dr. Ryan
“I believe the body is intelligent and designed to adapt, recover, and heal. My role is not to force change into the body. My role is to help create the conditions that allow change to occur.”
THE ORIGIN STORY
Over the years, I became increasingly interested in a simple question:
Why do some people continue to struggle despite receiving treatment, while others seem to adapt, recover, and thrive?
That question led me deeper into the study of the nervous system and ultimately toward advanced training in a precision-based chiropractic approach known as Syntropy
At Spine Body Collective, Dr. Ryan employs gentle adjusting techniques combined with trigger point therapy, Graston Technique, and Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) to address joint and muscular dysfunction. His approach is tailored to each individual, focusing on reducing chemical and physical stresses that hinder the body’s performance. By integrating postural balancing exercises and nutritional recommendations, he aims to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and support long-term wellness.

We were on vacation and my boyfriend’s back went out and he could barely walk or bend over. Our chiropractor back home recommended this doctor to us and they were able to fit us in same day. Dr Ryan was super helpful and you can tell he really cares. He also did the PEMF treatment after the adjustment to speed up the healing. Not all chiros are the same and as someone who’s had chiropractic work for 20 years, I highly recommend this place!Posted on Google![]()

My single word is : Amazing!!! Dr. Ryan has helped my friends and family with his passionate skillset And Therapeutic techniques. My shoulder was stiff and not movable. Likely related to stress, after a sessions of treatment, I was able to begin to raise my arm over my head. I made a small joke with Dr Ryan, that now I have the ability to get arrested lol... We laughed about it 🤣. He's amazing!!! Go see him!!!Posted on Google![]()

I've been seeing Dr. Ryan and Keegan for about 8 years now, and saw Dr. Ryan very often as I'd try to max-out my allowed chiro visits each year back then (work benefit). They are lifesavers, especially when I was working long 12 (13) hour shifts doing super stressful cubicle work. The tension I had was overwhelming. They always made me feel better, especially when I overworked myself and sneezed wrong and threw out my back, I couldn't walk right for days and finally got well enough to (limping) visit Dr. Ryan, the problem went away quickly, this happened twice. I also injured myself pushing too hard outside of work, they definitely, noticeably, and instantly helped with that every time and speeded recovery. I'm no longer doing the cubicle work anymore, but I still work intensely and definitely still need to visit often. It's hard to function without them. The pain relief is real here. I've also had 3 different chiropractors before Dr. Ryan (over the course about another 10 years, cubicle work began early in my life), and he's the best. The other were good too.Posted on Google![]()

I have seen Dr Ryan Ronnenbaum at Spine Body Collective for a number of years now. He has helped me so much with my back and leg pain. I have advanced scoliosis and it causes pain in my legs and other issues throughout my body. He has also helped me recover from shoulder replacement surgery. He is an outstanding Chiropractor who is compassionate and concerned about his patients. He's extremely knowledgeable and has a variety of methods to help with pain. I highly recommend Dr Ryan Ronnenbaum and Spine Body Collective for any of your chiropractic needs.Posted on Google![]()

Keegan is an excellent massage therapist/physical pain relief therapy guru. If you have pain, & something isn't moving like it should, it's likely connected to muscular or fascia issues that needs to be addressed. Pre-surgical, Post- surgical matters not as Keegan will ask what's going on and work a solution. He's excellent at it.Posted on Google![]()

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ryan for over a year now. I came in with bad sciatic pain and neck pain, within a few adjustments I was back to my normal activities and routine! Every other chiropractor I’ve seen has told me I need to come in weekly for that type of pain, Dr. Ryan never pushed to have me come back on a weekly basis and resolved my pain within a month and then I’ve seen him regularly every month since. Even with flare ups, I can consistently feel good for weeks after adjustments from him! He even came in over the weekend this past weekend to help me with my neck pain since I couldn’t turn my neck. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his whole staff to anyone that needs a good chiropractor.Posted on Google![]()

Keegan is awesome and I can't stress enough how talented he is. Was having digestive issues that he has make great stides in. Using the pulse machine for additional healing as well. I've had sessions when I skipped the machine and didn't have as much success as the massage and pulse together.Posted on Google![]()

I injured myself doing bench press. My rotator cuff and shoulder were in debilitating pain. I could not even pick up a glass of water with my injured arm, it was so painful. Dr. Ryan performed shock wave and PEMF treatments that relieved the pain immediately. After 4 treatments the pain was 95% relieved. I can’t say enough good things about how well I am being treated and the results speak for themselves. I will be back for treatment of any soft tissue, ligament and tendon pain.
The Goal
WHAT I DO TODAY
Today, my practice is centered around helping people build resilience to stress and improve their body’s ability to adapt to the demands of everyday life.
Through precise, nervous system-focused care, education, and practical strategies for reducing daily stress, my goal is to guide people toward greater health, resilience, and capacity.
WHO I WORK WITH
Many of the people I work with are dealing with chronic tension, headaches, poor sleep, stress overload, or simply the feeling that their body is no longer adapting to life’s demands the way it should.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, my goal is to improve communication between the brain and body so people can function, recover, and live at a higher level.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe wellness begins with the health of the nervous system.
That belief is what led me to pursue advanced training in Syntropy and ultimately become one of only a handful of Syntropy Master Certified chiropractors in the world.
This distinction reflects years of additional study and a commitment to delivering care that is precise, thoughtful, and centered around working with the body’s natural design.
“We don’t force change into the body. We create the conditions for change to occur.”
